- Q. How many prizes could I win?
- A. One instant win game prize and sweepstakes prize per person.
- Q. How do I play the instant win game?
- A. Enter your recipe in the text box and press 'submit recipe' to find out if you won. If you are a winner, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your prize.
- Q. How do I enter the Sweepstakes?
- A. Each day you log in, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes and have a chance to play the instant win game.
- Q. How will I know if I'm the Sweepstakes winner?
- A.The grand prize drawing will be held on or around October 29. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
- Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?
- A. To ensure you receive emails, add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book. Learn how. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.
- Q. How will the winner of the Sweepstakes be selected?
- A. Administrator, on Sponsor's behalf, will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries on or around October 29, 2009.
- Q. I won an instant prize. Am I still entered into the Sweepstakes?
- A. Yes, you are entered into the Sweepstakes drawing each day you log in to the promotion. Even instant winners are still eligible to win our Sweepstakes prize. Good luck!
- Q. How old do I have to be to participate?
- A. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.
- Q. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?
- A. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
- Q. How can I obtain a list of winners?
- A. Winner List requests will only be accepted after October 26, 2009 and no later than January 26, 2010. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select "Win List Request" in the drop down.
